These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ELQAVA website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
ELQAVA is a curated luxury Murano glass boutique. We hand-select authentic mouth-blown glass pieces from Murano, Venice, Italy and make them available in strictly limited quantities worldwide. Each piece is unique — colour, form, and character may vary from photographs. That is not a flaw; it is the nature of genuine craft.
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. By accessing or using our site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

All pieces sold by ELQAVA are authentic, hand-made Murano glass sourced directly from master glassblowers on the island of Murano, Venice, Italy. Each piece is mouth-blown using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
Because every piece is individually crafted, the following variations are inherent to the product and do not constitute defects:
Photographs are representative of the piece and its character. We take care to photograph accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction across all devices.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. ELQAVA does not store your payment details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
When you place an order, you receive a confirmation via email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and you receive a dispatch confirmation.
Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we are unable to guarantee stock availability. In the rare event that a confirmed item is no longer available, we will contact you and offer either a full refund or an alternative of equivalent value.
Orders may not be cancelled once payment is processed, as pieces are unique and cannot be easily re-listed. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. ELQAVA is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or events beyond our control.
All pieces are carefully packed with protective custom packaging designed for fragile luxury goods. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@elqava.com.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier. We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
Given the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns based on change of mind. We encourage you to view all available photographs, read the description carefully, and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
We do accept returns or replacements in the following circumstances:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Contact us at hello@elqava.com to initiate a return claim.
Promo codes are issued at our discretion and are subject to the terms stated when the code is issued. Codes may have expiry dates, minimum order requirements, or category restrictions. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or combined with other offers.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where a promo code has been used fraudulently or in breach of its terms.
All content on this website — including text, images, photography, design, logos, and the ELQAVA name and mark — is the property of ELQAVA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Product images are taken by us and represent our proprietary photography. You may not reproduce them without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELQAVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
